Faith
Hi my name is Emily Wallentine and for my Faith project I decided to collect stories of faith from my family and ancestors. I have had times in my life when I have had to exercise faith. For example, one night I was sitting up in my room thinking about going into 8th grade and what it would be like. All of the sudden, I felt scared inside and I couldn't go to sleep. After about 10 minutes, I couldn't stand feeling that way, so I went downstairs and told my mom what was going on. That was when she told me to look up Philippians 4:13 which says, "I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me." After I read it, I said a little prayer and then I felt calm and I wasn't worried about entering the 8th grade.
